What we collect
- account data: email, name, username, avatar; with Telegram sign-in — your Telegram ID and username;
- what you upload and create: images, prompts, generation results, posts;
- balance and payment history: amount, pack, transaction ID. Wallet details are handled by Heleket and never reach us;
- technical data: IP address and browser — to protect against abuse.
Why
To run your account, perform generations, credit payments, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell data or target ads with it.
Who we share it with
Your prompt and uploaded images go to the neural network provider only to perform your generation. Payments are processed by Heleket. Google and Telegram sign-in follow their own policies.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: your sign-in session and chosen language. No advertising or third-party trackers.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account exists. To delete the account with all works and generations, email support@muzely.me from the account's address. Payment records may be kept longer where accounting requires it.
