1. Who we are and what we offer

Muzely (muzely.me) is a gallery of AI artwork with prompts and a service for generating images and video with neural networks.

The service is access to generation from your prompt and, optionally, uploaded images. Results are kept in your account and can be downloaded.

2. Account

Generation requires an account: email, Google or Telegram sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to it safe.

We may restrict or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

3. Credits and prices

Generation is paid with Muzely credits. One credit costs $0.01; packs and model prices are listed on the Pricing page.

The price of each generation is shown on the button before you start. Credits are reserved at the upper price bound when a job starts; after it finishes the actual cost is charged and the rest is returned right away.

• Credits do not expire while the account exists.
• Credits are not money, cannot be transferred to other users and cannot be exchanged back for money except as described in the refund policy.
• We may change model prices; a job already started is charged at the price it started with.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through the Heleket payment service at the rate at the time of payment.

Credits are added automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network, usually within minutes. If they have not arrived within an hour, email support@muzely.me with the payment ID.

5. Content rules

You may not create or upload:

• images or video of real people without their consent, including animating someone else's photo;
• explicit or sexual content, or any content involving minors;
• violence, incitement to hatred or other unlawful material;
• others' trademarks or copyrighted works without the owner's permission.

Models may reject a request automatically — those credits are returned. Breaking the rules leads to a ban, and unused credits are not refunded in that case.

6. Rights to results

Generated results belong to you to the extent the model providers' terms allow. You are responsible for how you use the results and the material you upload.

By publishing a work in the gallery you allow other users of the site to see it and its prompt.

7. Liability

Neural networks do not guarantee a specific result: quality and match to the prompt may differ from expectations. A generation counts as failed when it ends with an error — its credits are returned automatically.

We are not liable for outages of third-party model providers, but we return credits for generations that failed because of them.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the revision date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new revision.
