Refund policy

Credits for generations — automatic

• the generation ended with an error or was rejected by the model — the whole reserve is returned;
• the actual price was below the reserve — the difference is returned right after generation;
• the service could not start the generation — nothing is charged at all.

Every credit movement is listed in the balance history on the generation page.

Money back for unused credits

Within 14 days of purchase you can return a pack's credits that have not been spent. Email support@muzely.me from the account's address with the payment ID and the wallet address for the refund.

Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency, minus the network fee, within 5 business days. Gifted bonus credits are not refundable in money.

When there is no refund

• the generation succeeded but you did not like the result — neural networks do not guarantee a specific result;
• the account was banned for breaking the content rules;
• more than 14 days have passed since purchase, or the pack's credits have been spent.

Payment mistakes

If you paid the wrong amount or the credits did not arrive, email support@muzely.me — we will check the transaction and either add the credits or return the payment.
